Spectrum News NY1 took notice of the “Make a Plan to Vote” Broadway PSA, a parody of “Puttin’ on the Ritz” written by Deborah Grausman (voice of Smartie on Sesame Street). The initial success of the YouTube video prompted Spectrum News NY1 to pick up the piece. Anchor Jamie Stetler chose to feature the video on the show as the “Morning Moment.” Fellow NY1 Anchor Annika Pergament tweeted out the segment. Meghan is credited as both the video editor of and a singer in the project.
